Summary: We are looking for an experienced engineer to join our development team. This role enabling effective collaboration with global teams and project communication. As part of technology platform, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing PaaS solutions to ensure high availability, scalability, and security. The role spans from architecture design to code implementation, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive technical innovation and the ongoing evolution of the platform.
Responsibilities:
PaaS Platform Architecture Design and Development
Design and optimize PaaS platform architecture to ensure system availability, scalability, and high performance.
Develop core platform features, including container management, service orchestration, load balancing, etc.
Technical Innovation and Problem Solving
Research and evaluate emerging technologies, providing suggestions for architectural optimization and innovation.
Solve complex technical issues and drive continuous optimization of the platform.
Cross-Team Collaboration and Communication
Use English for daily communication with global teams, understand requirements, and drive technical delivery.
Write high-quality technical documentation and proposals to ensure clear information flow.
Platform Feature Development and Optimization
Optimize platform performance, improve resource utilization, and enhance user experience.
Continuously drive improvements and feature extensions for the platform.
Technical Skill:
Proficient in at least one programming language, Java and Python are big pluses.
Familiar with microservice architecture and containerization concepts.
Proficient in Docker and Kubernetes, with experience in container management and optimization.
Familiar with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP and their core services.
Proficient in Terraform, and other IaC tools for automating infrastructure management.
Familiar with Observability technology, such as Open Telemetry, Prometheus, Elasticsearch
