We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our technology team in Chennai, focusing on building and maintaining robust infrastructure to support our software development lifecycle. In this role, you will design and implement end-to-end CI/CD pipelines while ensuring our systems remain secure, scalable, and highly available. You will serve as a subject matter expert, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize deployment processes and drive engineering efficiency.
Key Deliverables
- Design, build, and configure scalable infrastructure and development tools to streamline software delivery.
- Develop and maintain end-to-end CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment processes and reduce manual overhead.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cloud technologies and container orchestration solutions.
- Monitor system performance and proactively troubleshoot issues to ensure high reliability and security.
- Implement security best practices across the development lifecycle to protect against emerging threats.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members regarding infrastructure best practices.
- Evaluate and integrate new tools to continuously improve development efficiency and system stability.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Salesforce Development.
- Completion of 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in Java programming and Salesforce development environments.
- Demonstrated experience with cloud platforms and container orchestration technologies.
- Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) methodologies.
- Ability to design and implement secure, scalable infrastructure solutions independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Scala or other JVM-based languages.
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools and automation scripting.
- Prior experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Relevant certifications in cloud architecture or DevOps practices.
