Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Development Team Lead to join our dynamic team at Kale Logistics Solutions Pvt Ltd. As the Development Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of talented developers and driving the successful delivery of software development projects. The role is based in Thane, Maharashtra, India and is a Full-Time position.
Qualifications And Skills
- More than 10 years of experience in software development
- Strong knowledge of web application development using .NET Core, Angular, and web APIs
- Proven track record in leading and managing software development teams
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience in managing client expectations and building strong client relationships
Roles And Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of developers, providing guidance, mentoring, and support
- Coordinate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and prioritize deliverables
- Plan, execute, and track software development projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test software solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues during the development cycle
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software development
- Implement and enforce software development methodologies and processes
- Manage client expectations and ensure timely and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members
