Desktop Support Intern - Job Description

Duration: [6 months]

We are looking for a Desktop Support Intern to join our IT Operations team. In this role, you will assist with day-to-day IT support, including troubleshooting hardware/software issues, managing user accounts, setting up systems for new employees, and maintaining IT assets.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing degree/diploma in Computer Science/IT.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS, MS Office 365,Google Workspace and networking fundamentals.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
