Job Description :
1. Required 1.5+ years experience in Desktop Support & Helpdesk Support with good communication skill.
2. Knowledge requires for Remote resolution and support.
3. Knowledge requires for Operating System (OS) installation & its troubleshooting.
4. Knowledge requires for MS Office installation, Outlook configuration (o365) & its troubleshooting
5. Knowledge requires for Printer installation & its troubleshooting
6. Knowledge requires for Antivirus installation & its troubleshooting.
7. Antivirus patch updates, version update , Compliance (PGP,DLP etc.) update as per policy.
8. To follow IMAC Process for Asset tracking.
9. Knowledge requires for the Internet / Network devices & their troubleshooting.
10. He must have worked previously at a location where at least 100+ Users are working with AD and Domain environment

Basic Requirement for all above profiles.
1. Minimum Education : Graduation or 12 + Diploma
2. Candidate must have good voice and mail communication.
3. Basic Knowledge of computer H/w and Networking
4. Basic Knowledge of ITIL Process (e.g. SLAs , Ticketing Tools, Service Request, Incident, IMAC etc.)
