Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Desktop Support Engineer at Goprex Solutions, located in Delhi, India. As a Desktop Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for desktop hardware and software issues. You will assist users with installing, configuring, and maintaining desktop systems and applications. Additionally, you will handle user inquiries and help resolve technical problems, ensuring smooth operation and functionality of desktop systems.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in desktop support or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of desktop operating systems, such as Windows and macOS
- Familiarity with desktop hardware components and peripherals
- Experience with troubleshooting desktop hardware and software issues
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team and provide exceptional customer service
- Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols
- Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST), or similar, are a plus
