Experience: 5-10
Must Have:
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager.
- Expertise in Windows 10/11 administration and device lifecycle management.
- Experience with Windows Autopilot deployments and modern workplace solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, and Group Policies.
- Experience implementing endpoint security controls including Defender, BitLocker, and Secure Boot.
- PowerShell scripting and automation experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
- Knowledge of ITIL-based Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
