Experience:28 Years (ELV/Electrical Systems Design)
Qualification:Diploma / B.Tech / B.E in Electrical / Electronics
Software Skills:AutoCAD (mandatory), MS Office; Revit/BIM (added advantage)
Roles & Responsibilities- Preparation and development of Electrical Low Voltage (ELV) system design and shop drawings including:
- Fire Alarm System
- CCTV & Surveillance System
- Access Control & Door Interlocking System
- Public Address & Voice Alarm System
- Networking/Data & Telephone
- IBMS / BMS / LMS
- Parking Management System
- Preparation of Single Line Diagrams (SLD), containment layouts, schematic diagrams, cable routing & BOQ.
- Coordination with clients, consultants, the internal project execution team, and vendors for finalisation and approvals.
- Review and update design documents, compliance sheets, and technical submissions.
- Ensure design accuracy as per applicable standards, local codes, and consultant requirements.
- Support during site execution and provide technical clarification.
- Responsible for submission and approval of drawings and material submittals.
- Participate in project meetings and support estimation teams when required.
Required Skills- Excellent knowledge of Electrical / ELV system design concepts.
- Strong hands-on experience in AutoCAD 2D (AutoCAD certification is preferred).
- Good understanding of industry standards and specifications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication.
Additional Advantages- Experience in Revit/BIM environment.
- Exposure to building services and construction workflow.
