AutoCAD, RISA 3D, RISA Foundation, RISA Floor, RISA Connection, RAM Connection, SAFE, ETAB, Staad Pro, Revit Structures, Simpson's CFS Designer, Enercalc.
Position Objective
Structural Designer Responsible for completion of project with quality & delivery of projects on time.
Execute projects independently by studying customers requirements along with the team.
Provides structural engineering and analysis for development of structural plans.
Meeting pre-defined project delivery timelines.
Must be Familiar with Structural software and US/UK codes
Maintain & monitor project reports, timesheets & calculation reports and other documents.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in structural software and civil engineering practices.
Designing structural components and systems for Substation projects.
Ensuring designs meet client requirements and recognized codes and standards
Managing projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and to client expectations
Mentoring junior members of project teams and interns
Preparing engineering concept plans, detailed design plans, and managing documentation
Providing technical support to structural engineers, drafts persons, graduate engineers,
Conduct meetings with the client.
Requirements
Job Position: Design Engineer
Qualification: BE ( Civil), M.Tech ( Structure)
Experience - 3 to 6 years experience (US Projects)in Structural design, detailing, Analysis and Modelling.
Technical Skills
Expert in Structural Steel Drawings, Cold formed Steel (CFS), Timber structures, Concrete design
Knowledge of Residential/ Commercial/ Industrial projects
Sound knowledge of all Structural Codes (*US Codes)
Building- Wooden,Steel detailing & shop drawings,Rebar detailing
Energy- piping platforms
Transportation- Bridge design/detailing
Environment(STP/ETP)- Structural detailing for treatment plants
Water- water infrastructure
Ensure timely & quality delivery of work.
Attention to details, and an attitude never to compromise with quality.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
