Qualification & Experience

• :B.Tech (Mechanical) / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• BE: 2–5 years / DME: 4–6 years in Heavy Equipment / Automotive / Agricultural Equipment Design

Technical Skills

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Creo 7.0 and above
• Expertise in
• Solid Modeling & Detailin
• gAdvanced Surfacing (Blends, Boundary Blends, Sweeps, Freeform, Style, Merge/Inheritance
• Large Assembly Management
• Drawing Creation
• Good Knowledge Of
• Plastic components such as consoles, fenders, fan shrouds, hood, and interior part
• Plastics manufacturing and assembly processe
• GD&T application as per engineering standard
• Working knowledge of Windchill PD

MKey Competencies

• Strong verbal and written communication skill
• Ability to handle complex design tasks independently
• Good understanding of engineering design practice

Job Description

Basic Qualification: Bachelor's degree in: Electrical Engineering,/Mechanical engineering.

Overall work experience: Minimum 3 years relevant experience with bachelor's degree or 4-6 with wiring harness design/support preferably in Heavy Equipment /Automotive /off highway

Tool:o Experience in routing and modification using Creo cablingo Capital Harness system (CHS ) Experience, including:

Position Specific Duties - Responsible for Harness routing design,Provide different concepts of routings,prepare harness drawings according to JD Mannheim unit requirementsProvide concepts for harness mounting brackets.

Required Skills are- Expertise in Creo Cabling,Expertise in

CHS XCGood knowledge of Sheetmetal and GD&TGood knowledge of Harness Design and Manufacturing,Good communication skills.

Willing and ability to learn customer specific tools, processes, and standards.
