Job description:

  • Originate, deepen, and expand high value relationships with VIP clients, crypto native high-volume traders, and institutions primarily in India, with additional APAC coverage where relevant.
  • Design and execute targeted sales strategies to drive market penetration and revenue growth in derivatives trading.
  • Lead and own the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and onboarding, followed by ongoing account management to maximize trading volumes and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain and grow a robust pipeline in CRM, ensuring disciplined tracking, timely follow up, and reporting against targets.
  • Represent Coinbase at client meetings, industry events, and conferences in India and occasionally in APAC, act as a senior market ambassador.
  • Collaborate cross functionally with product, marketing, compliance, and operational teams to deliver client centric solutions tailored for the local market.
  • Capture and share market intelligence to influence Coinbase s competitive positioning, product roadmap, and regional strategy.
