- Machine learning
- Adhoc statistical analysis
- Statistical forecasting
- KPI tracking
- Revenue leakage & Gap analysis (Audit of fee lines)
- Development, Maintenance and enhancement of Tableau or SAS VA BI
- Customized solution development (based on Python / Excel VBA / SAS VA / Tableau etc)
- Developing simple and complex survey (Java script based flow)
- Campaign management (CBA support / Campaign development / Campaign result analysis / Models on campaign data)
- Automation
- Ensuring accuracy of metrics / figures / analysis / campaign communications for X-sell, product, reward metrics
As Well As
- Enhance utilization of Data platform,
- Enhancement of campaign management system (database / tools / procedure etc.)
- Enhancement of analytical practices
- Exploring new tools / procedure / methods
