Deputy Manager Sales & Marketing HVAC Sales (North India)

Position: Deputy Manager Sales & Marketing – HVAC Sales

Location: NCR (Delhi/NCR)

Reporting To: Regional Sales Manager / Sales Head

Experience: 8–10 Years

Industry Preference: HVAC / Building Materials / Insulation Industry

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Manager – HVAC Sales to drive business growth across North India. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in HVAC project sales, contractor management, consultant engagement, and channel development. Experience in insulation products, particularly Nitrile Rubber Insulation, will be a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Drive sales and business development activities for HVAC and insulation solutions across North India.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within HVAC projects, commercial buildings, industrial facilities, data centers, healthcare, hospitality, and infrastructure segments.
• Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue objectives, and market share growth.

HVAC Contractor Management

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with leading HVAC contractors, including but not limited to:
• Bluestar
• Voltas
• Shinryo Suvidha Engineers
• Sterling & Wilson
• ABS Fijitsu
• Other major HVAC contractors and project execution partners
• Generate product approvals and secure specifications in ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Support contractors with technical discussions, product selection, commercial negotiations, and project closures.

Consultant & Specification Management

• Build and maintain relationships with HVAC consultants, MEP consultants, architects, and project management consultants.
