About the Role

Analyse HR data, and other relevant HR-related information.

Prepare reports and dashboards to highlight trends and patterns.

Provide strategic insights based on data analysis.

Use data to inform decision-making and develop HR strategies.

Define various HR metrics.

Identify relevant data sources analysis.

Work on implementing analytics tools and solutions.

Integration with existing systems.

Ensure data quality and consistency.

Identify industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to HR analytics.

Experience : 7 -10 Years

Qualification: Graduate / Post graduate with Data Analytics background, HR specialization will be added advantage

Requirements and Skills:

Proven experience in HR Analytics.

Functional experience in HR domain to understand the data better.

Proficiency in Excel. Familiarity in any BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI is a must.

Excellent communication skills.

Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
