Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Manager in managing daily operations, tracking progress against targets, and implementing business strategies.
Oversee team performance and provide direction, motivation, and mentorship to ensure efficient task execution.
Step into leadership responsibilities during the Manager's absence, including team supervision and operational decision-making.
Identify operational challenges and propose effective solutions to enhance productivity and performance.
Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure alignment of goals and smooth interdepartmental workflows.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and documentation related to team and departmental activities.
Contribute to the development and execution of strategic business plans and department-specific objectives.
Monitor compliance with company policies and recommend improvements as needed.
