Job Purpose: This position involves managing corporate affairs activities, including stakeholder engagement and crisis management, to bolster company's reputation. Additionally, responsible to ensure compliance with statutory regulations by liaising with government entities for approvals and documentation processes. This role also involves facilitating effective communication and coordination with government bodies and mining officials to uphold operational requirements and overseeing cost control measures by optimizing resource allocation for office and guest house management

Responsibilities

Corporate Affairs Executive - Mining

Statutory Compliance

Liaise with various government departments and officials to facilitate approvals and processes related to land acquisition, environmental regulations, and other statutory requirements.

Coordinate the processing of all compliance-related documents and track file movement at district-level offices for existing and upcoming coal blocks, ensuring timely submissions and follow-ups.

Manage the submission of letters, permissions, and acknowledgments for land compensation, Vidhan Sabha/Lok Sabha questions, government approvals, and other regulatory processes.

Corporate Affairs & Relationship Management

Manage corporate affairs activities, including handling public agitation and hospitalization formalities for company staff in case of incidents or accidents, in coordination with local contacts, politicians, NGOs, and relevant stakeholders.

Execute relationships with local government authorities, electronic media, and other stakeholders to enhance the company's reputation and manage external relations effectively.

Support in effective utilization of budget allocated directed towards achieving company targets

Government Liaison And Stakeholder Engagement

Facilitate liaison with government departments and officials, including CSPDCL, RRVUNL, and mining authorities, to ensure timely submission of statutory compliances and coordination on project-related matters.

Maintain regular communication with mining officials, coordinate site visits, and facilitate the execution of agreements and approvals for coal storage capacity, transportation permits, and other operational requirements.

Digital Agility And Efficiency

Ability to swiftly adapt to new digital tools and technologies, ensuring their seamless integration into daily work processes to enhance productivity and communication.

Effectively utilize digital platforms for data management, communication, and reporting, contributing to the efficient execution of corporate affairs tasks and responsibilities.

Qualifications

Work Experience (Range of years):
