1) Handle FTE s and a large NFTE s team size.

12) Provide strategic leadership to the team for achieving monthly and annual sales targets and targeted market share in the assigned region
13) Creating and managing an efficient and productive working environment within the sales, based on continuous and effective staff communication.
14) Responsible for technology implementation and creating seamless information flow across the organization the responsibility of reporting across all metrics.
1) Deliver new accounts target for the Zone
2) Responsible for the annual budget and financial performance across units and ownership of the PL of the zone.
3) Achieve overall premium accounts and cross sell/Insurance target
4) Managing manpower attrition to be remain low
5) Manage statutory compliance across all channels in the zone at all PSA sites
