about the jobHR Operational Excellence: Oversee daily HR workflows across local business units, including end-to-end recruitment pipelines, payroll administration and team management
Total Rewards & Frameworks: Administer local compensation structures, salary grading frameworks, variable components, and annual bonus cycles
Regulatory Compliance: Act as the internal custodian for employment governance, ensuring all workflows and corporate policies strictly align with the Singapore Employment Act, CPF regulations, and Tripartite guidelines
Workforce Planning & Analytics: Monitor headcount costs, support strategic workforce planning, and track key HR metrics to facilitate data-driven decisions for business leaders
Talent & Performance Management: Manage the annual performance review cycle, implement performance management frameworks, and identify internal talent pipelines to support local succession planning
Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to promote a positive workplace culture; handle grievances, disciplinary matters and conflict resolution with high discretion and professionalism
Capability Building: Coordinate training initiatives and track local employee skills development plans to strengthen internal capabilities
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
Min. 12 years experience in Human Resources years in a senior managerial or team-leading capacity; with strong knowledge on HR operations and managing core HR functions including payroll administration, HR operations, compensation and HRMS
Solid HR experience within complex supply chains, commodities, agriculture, logistics or large conglomerates is highly advantageous
Strong problem-solving capabilities with a structured, data-driven approach to tracking and interpreting HR metrics.
Strong, comprehensive working knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act, Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations, CPF requirements and Tripartite guidelines
Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive corporate and employee relations matters with absolute confidentiality and professionalism.
