Responsibilities
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage electrical projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, quality, and safety standards
- Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and contractors to coordinate project activities
- Develop project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, resources required, and budgets
- Expertise in construction of electrical BTG, BOP and other packages in thermal power plant.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies
- Oversee the selection and procurement of materials, equipment, and resources for projects
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Provide technical guidance and expertise to project team members
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and quality
- Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate project updates effectively
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices in project management

Qualifications
Education Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Project Management (preferred)
Experience
- Minimum of 16-20 years of experience in the Power/Energy industry
- Demonstrated track record of successful electrical project management
- Experience in overseeing large-scale electrical projects from conception to completion
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive project deliverables
