Job Location: Pune

Job Description:

1) Work experience and knowledge in above Domain to design Sheet metal parts, Aluminium HPDC/LPDC, Steel Forging, Rubber and Pla stic Parts. Integration of fuel system parts like fuel tank, fuel pump, CNG parts like regulator, cylinder, valves, pipelines, hoses etc.

2) Work Experience and knowledge of Surface Protection selection, Initial CAE and design Calculations., Design of fuel tank an d fuel pump, brackets, fuel pipelines etc

3) Experience in DFMEA.

4) Experience in DMU & Packaging in ProE Creo. Initial Concept la yout Preparation. Catia Knowledge will have additional Advantage

5) Knowledge to apply GD & T, Excel Based and Team centre base Dime nsional Variation Analysis (DVA)

6) Hands on Experience on PLM, Team Centre, TcUA, TPLKnowledge of change management tools like DML ,ECN, DCR , knowledge of spare parts usage.

7) Basic Knowledge of Manufacturing and Assembly processes. (Welding, Sheet metal formi ng, casting, forging, machining, injection & blow moulding, Rubber/Plastic, Thermo plastic, CNG vehicle parts etc.)

8) Proto indenti ng, proto build activity support.

9) Experience & Knowledge of Fitment Trial Report with plant

10) Ability to understand CAE feedba ck and its incorporation for Design and testing.

11) Ability to estimate system Weight and cost target

12) Support Component and Ve hicle Testing and resolve fitment issues and validation issues for part failure.

13) Ability to prepare Knowledge management( KM) d ocument as per on the job learning

14) Ability to support Owners and workshop Service manual creation.
