Job Description

The agent will answer/make all incoming/ outgoing calls to customers who has shown
interest in our product, respond to inquiries, manage complaints, troubleshoot significant
customer service problems, and provide general information. The agent will be a member
of the primary contact team for the interested customers in the products we offer through
social media platform and will be responsible for assisting them over the phone. The
agent will also inform customers of the product terms and features and project a
professional company image through voice and online interactions.

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer's emails
Pitch our product (Stoxbox) information and features to the customers and onboard
the customer. This is a target driven role
Managing and resolving customer complaints
Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
Research required information using available resources
Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable software
Route calls to appropriate resources
Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls
Follow up customer calls where necessary
Complete call logs and reports

Total Experience: up to 3 years
Relevant Experience: 2 years
Reporting to: Digital Marketing ( Manager)
Salary: 20-25% hike on your current CTC
