  • Develop and execute CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and drive lead generation, brand awareness and business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM initiatives with overall marketing objectives.
  • Manage and maintain the CRM platform, ensuring data accuracy, segmentation, and system integration.
  • Analyze customer data, behavior, and insights to identify opportunities for personalization and tailored marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and execute demand generation strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation and customer acquisition.
  • Implement marketing automation workflows and lead nurturing programs to effectively manage and convert leads.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with lead management, pipeline development and revenue targets.
  • Monitor CRM performance metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
  • Continuously identify and implement CRM process improvements, automation opportunities, and best practices.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging marketing technologies, and CRM innovations.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (master's degree preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with data management and segmentation techniques to support targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience in analyzing customer journeys, customer lifecycle, and customer experience optimization.

Primary Skills

  • Minimum 11-14Year of Proven experience in CRM marketing, with a track record of successful CRM strategy development, demand generation, data management, and B2B marketing.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation tools.

Secondary Skills

  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels, including email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement and driving measurable business outcomes.
