We are looking for a 3+ yrs responsible for monitoring, assessing, and improving the accuracy, completeness, consistency, and reliability of the data based on which the internal users take business and strategical decisions.
Will need to evaluate the data to optimize the efficiency and quality of the insights which are being exposed, resolving data quality problems, and collaborating with Subject Matter Experts .
Technical Skills:
Data Quality Management process understanding
Experience in sales management data analysis, forecasting/planning, profitability .
Advanced and practical experience with Excel (incl. pivots, complex formulas, etc), reporting tools like Power BI, ThoughtSpot (SQL knowledge would be an advantage)
Knowledgeable in concepts like dashboard, metrics, YoY, as %-age of, etc
Roles and Responsibilities:
Develops and implements data quality processes and procedures to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data
Monitors data quality and identifies, investigates, and resolves data quality issues
Does a daily follow-up on identified fallouts and collaborates with key stakeholders and team members for issue resolution.
Implements anomaly detection processes.
Analyzes data to identify trends, patterns, and insights to support business decisions
Participates in the data quality governance framework design and optimization, including process, standards, rules, etc
Utilizes advanced analytical techniques to extract, clean, and analyze complex data sets from various sources.
Builds expert, dynamic knowledge on the assets/ applications which need to be supported
Engages with users/ stakeholders in a friendly and professional manner
Works on the tickets raised by users within the agreed SLA, professionally and accurately
Solves difficult and complex problems with a fresh perspective, demonstrating good judgment in selecting creative solutions and managing challenges independently
Stays informed around the changes and updates which are implemented on the assets/ applications which need to be supported
Collaborates with SMEs to develop procedures for improving the solutions and the processes
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to understand business needs
Provides guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members
