Job Description

Lead a portfolio of enterprise programs in Tech & Data domains (AI, Analytics, Digital Transformation, etc.)
Ensure end-to-end delivery excellence, from onboarding to execution and closure
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, driving satisfaction, retention, and growth
Own P&L responsibilities, including revenue realization, cost optimization, and margin management
Drive operational efficiency and governance, leveraging data and structured reporting
Identify opportunities for account expansion and cross-selling
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing delivery team
Establish best practices in delivery management and program execution

The Successful Applicant

8+ years of experience in program/delivery management
Proven track record managing large-scale enterprise engagements
Strong exposure to Tech & Data domains (AI, Analytics, Digital, IT, etc.)
Experience owning revenue, margins, and business outcomes
Excellent client management, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills
Background in consulting, IT services, or professional learning environments is a strong plus
Strong operational mindset with focus on execution excellence and scalability
