What would you do Role is accountable for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of standard and ad-hoc reports within and outside client systems (e.g., Workday). You will manage a team of reporting professionals, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality deliverables. The role requires a strong blend of leadership, client engagement, and hands-on technical expertise in MIS Reporting and Excel-based solutions. You will drive continuous improvement, foster team capability, and ensure reporting outputs are aligned with business and client objectives. Talent & HR Practice involves implementing strategies for recruiting, developing, and retaining employees. This includes managing hiring processes, employee training, and career development programs. The goal is to foster a productive and engaged workforce. Responsibilities also include developing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. This role is crucial for creating a positive and effective work environment. A set of tasks to provide insights about the effectiveness of HR processes, procedures and policies, help make data-driven decisions based on the information collected and help HR to move from operational to tactical or strategic partner.

What are we looking for Relevant years of experience into reporting / analytics delivery

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A / B.Com / B.Sc / B.Tech or equivalent).
  • Must be open to Australian shift timings: (9 am to 5 pm) Australian time Mandatory: MIS Reporting, Advanced MS Excel, Email Writing Skills, Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills, Strong Verbal Communication, Stakeholder & Operations ManagementPreferred: HR Domain Knowledge, VBA / PowerQuery Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Senior Delivery Specialists and Analysts
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of standard reports, dashboards, and client-defined outputs
  • Act as the primary escalation point for delivery risks and issues
  • Serve as the main liaison for client stakeholders on all reporting matters
  • Translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable reporting solutions
  • Drive automation initiatives using Excel, VBA, and Power Query to improve efficiency
  • Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and quality metrics for reporting deliverables
  • Champion root cause analysis (RCA) and preventive action implementation
  • Oversee development and maintenance of robust Excel-based MIS tools
  • Ensure adherence to SOPs, documentation standards, and version controls
  • Identify opportunities to standardize and scale reporting processes
  • Contribute to talent planning, capability building, and succession planning, Any Graduation
