We are seeking an experienced IT Delivery Team Lead – Lead IT Analyst (Full Stack) to lead the delivery and evolution of customer-facing digital platforms within a complex enterprise environment. The ideal candidate should possess a strong combination of technical leadership, hands-on full-stack development experience.
Must-Have Skills
- Leadership experience managing technical teams
- Full Stack Development (Java Spring Boot & Angular)
- REST API design and integration, OpenAPI/Swagger
- TypeScript and responsive web development
- Relational database design and SQL
- Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Agile/Scrum delivery methodology
- Change and release management
- Cloud Experience, Hibernate required
Relevant Experience Required
- 5+ years in a similar Lead IT Analyst, Technical Lead, or Full Stack Lead role
- Leading cross-functional development teams
- Designing and delivering enterprise-grade applications
- Managing system integrations across multiple technologies
- Translating business requirements into scalable IT solutions
- Supporting testing, documentation, governance, and production support
Desirable Skills
- Azure DevOps
- CI/CD implementation, Kubernetes and containerization
- API Management and API Gateway platforms
- Customer Portal, Order Management, or Commercial Applications experience
