Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Delivery Boy in Mangaluru. The Delivery Boy will be responsible for picking up packages from the distribution center, delivering parcels to customers locations, ensuring timely and safe delivery, obtaining customer signatures upon delivery, and maintaining accurate records of deliveries. The Delivery Boy will also handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
Qualifications
- Customer Service and Training skills
- Logistics Management and Transportation skills
- Ability to manage time efficiently and strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Familiarity with the local area and routes in Mangaluru is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
