Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Delegate promotion & attendee engagement:
- Call and invite visitors, delegate decision-makers, and corporate executives to the Convergence India Show.
- Respond to incoming calls and queries from prospective attendees.
- Coordinate with speakers and sponsors to enhance attendee engagement.
- Assist in managing delegate registrations and inquiries.
- Log data accurately into spreadsheets and databases, ensuring consistency and correctness
- Data entry & coordination:
- Enter, verify, and maintain accurate data in spreadsheets and internal databases.
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and completeness of all records.
- Collect, organize, and update information related to delegates, exhibitors, and partners.
- Assist in preparing reports and summaries as required.
- Perform other administrative and coordination tasks as assigned.
