We're hiring a hands-on, strategic Digital Marketing Manager to own demand generation, brand dominance, and revenue impact. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead a high-performing team and drive full-funnel marketing that fuels sales pipeline and positions us as a top-tier player in the software services ecosystem.
This is a player-coach leadership role requiring 7+ years of B2B digital marketing experience (3+ in management), deep expertise in the software/IT services space, and a proven ability to turn data into dollars.
Key Responsibilities
1. Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, mentor, and scale a cross-functional team: Content Writers, SEO Specialists, Graphic/Web Designers, Marketing Analysts.
- Set KPIs, conduct performance reviews, manage workloads, and foster a high-output, collaborative culture.
- Report weekly progress, pipeline impact, and strategic recommendations directly to the CEO.
2. Demand Generation & Full-Funnel Lead Growth
- Design and execute campaigns via LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, content syndication, webinars, and intent-based retargeting.
- Partner with sales to define ICPs and buyer personas (CTOs, VPs of Engineering, IT Directors).
- Build lead scoring, nurture sequences (email + LinkedIn InMail), and MQL SQL handoff workflows targeting >25% SQL conversion.
3. Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
- Create personalized content (case studies, ROI reports, custom demos) and track account engagement signals.
- Measure influence on pipeline velocity and deal size.
4. Content Strategy & Thought Leadership
- Own content for CEO's LinkedIn, Company LinkedIn, Website, and 3rd-party platforms (TechCrunch, Dev.to, Clutch, G2).
- Build brand awareness, high-authority backlinks, and thought leadership in software dev, cloud, AI, and digital transformation.
- Develop developer-focused assets: API guides, GitHub repos, integration tutorials.
5. Competitive Intelligence & Channel Execution
- Monitor competitors (e.g., top Clutch-ranked software firms) across LinkedIn, SEO, paid ads, events.
- Adapt winning tactics or innovate superior campaigns to outperform in engagement, leads, and positioning.
6. Partnership & Ecosystem Expansion
- Build strategic alliances with SaaS tools, cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP), directories (Clutch, G2, GoodFirms), and tech communities.
- Secure co-marketing, integrations, affiliate programs, and joint webinars to amplify reach and credibility.
7. Reputation & Review Management
- Maintain 4.5+ star ratings on Clutch, G2, Google, Glassdoor, GoodFirms.
- Run post-project NPS surveys, case study incentives, and review generation workflows.
- Respond to feedback and mitigate risks proactively.
8. Events, PR & Visibility
- Identify and execute conferences (SaaStr, AWS re:Invent), awards (Clutch Top 1000, Deloitte Fast 500), press releases, and speaking slots.
- Amplify pre/post-event with content, ads, and social promotion for maximum ROI.
9. Sales Enablement & Collateral
- Create case studies, pitch decks, ROI calculators, battle cards, whitepapers.
- Train sales on messaging and content usage; maintain a centralized library.
- Conduct win/loss analysis to refine positioning.
10. Technical SEO & Website Optimization
- Oversee technical SEO audits (Core Web Vitals, schema, site speed, service page optimization).
- Optimize conversion paths (form fills demo requests) with clear CTAs and A/B testing.
11. Budget, ROI & Reporting
- Manage annual marketing budget; allocate across channels with forecasted ROI.
- Deliver quarterly pipeline/revenue attribution reports to CEO and leadership.
- Achieve >3x ROI on marketing spend within 12 months.
12. Product Marketing & Service Launches
- Partner with engineering to launch new offerings (e.g., GenAI Consulting, Low-Code Solutions).
- Develop GTM playbooks: messaging, website updates, launch campaigns, PR.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, or related (Master's preferred).

- Proven ability to generate $1M+ in marketing-influenced pipeline.
