Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Solutions Architectto support strategic deal pursuits originating from ourIndustry Business Developmentteam for Automotive. This role is pivotal in shaping and deliveringindustry-specific, cross-functional solutionsthat align with client needs and our portfolio of offerings. They will be responsible for crafting compelling, scalable, and technically sound solutions that integratefrontier technologieswith traditional enterprise systems and bridge cross-functional offerings into cohesive, client-ready solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead theend-to-end solutioningof complex, multi-disciplinary deals across technology, service lines, and technology practices e.g. Cloud, Data & AI, Consulting, Finance, App Dev etc.
- Collaborate with business development teams tounderstand client needs, pain points, and strategic goals.
- Designcustomized solution architecturesthat align with client objectives and leverage our full suite of offerings.
- Apply knowledge of automotive processes (vehicle design, manufacturing, supply chain, after-sales).
- Develop pricing models, delivery frameworks, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Align commercial terms with solution architecture.
- Support contract structuring and negotiation.
- Act as atrusted advisorto internal and external stakeholders during pre-sales and solutioning phases.
- Supportclient presentations, workshops, and oralswith clear articulation of value propositions.
- Bringdeep industry knowledgeto inform solution design, including regulatory, operational, and competitive landscapes.
- Ensure solution integrity, scalability, and cost optimization.
- Mitigate delivery risks through robust architecture and governance frameworks.
- Incorporate AI-driven predictive analytics, generative AI, robotics and digital twin technologies into proposals as and when needed.
- Identify and integrateindustry-specific partners, accelerators, frameworks, and IPinto proposals.
- Contribute to thedevelopment of reusable assets, templates, and playbooks for industry solutioning.
- Champion adoption of AI, IoT, Digital Twins, and Industrial Metaverse in solution architectures.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies(AI (LLMs, VLMs, computer vision for autonomous driving, edge AI for real-time decisions etc.), GenAI, IoT, cloud, edge, networking, etc.) and their application in industry contexts.
Required Qualifications:
- 15+ yearsof experience in solution architecture, consulting, or pre-sales roles.
- Proven track record ofsolutioning large, complex dealsin one or more of the target industries.
- Experience incrafting RFP/RFI responses and client-specificsolution presentations.
- Strong understanding ofindustry trends, digital transformation drivers, and operational challenges.
- Deep understanding ofOEMs, Tier 1/2 suppliers, dealer management systems andaftermarket ecosystems.
- Familiarity withvehicle lifecycle: design, manufacturing, supply chain, sales, service, and end-of-life.
- Awareness ofmobility trends: EVs, autonomous vehicles, software defined vehicles, connected cars, shared mobility.
- Understanding of predictive maintenance, smart manufacturing, vehicle telemetry systems, IoT platforms, computer vision, PLM and MES systems
- Proficiency incloud platforms(Azure, AWS, GCP) andedge computingfor in-vehicle and plant-level solutions.
- Experience working withcross-functional teamsacross geographies and service lines.
- Excellentcommunication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Exposure toOT, Industry 4.0, AI/ML, GenAI, IoT, digital twins, and industry automation and smart manufacturing technologies.

Lead the end-to-end solutioning of Global Industry Solutions deals across technology, service lines, and technology practices.
