Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure backend systems using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build and manage RESTful APIs and microservices to ensure seamless system integration.
- Collaborate with Product, Frontend, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features.
- Work with relational and NoSQL databases (schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning).
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines, containerized applications (Docker), and cloud-
native deployments.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues, ensuring system reliability and performance.
- Maintain high standards of code quality, testing, and documentation.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute to architectural improvements.
Required Skills & Experience
- 56 years of proven experience as a Backend Engineer or similar role.
- Strong programming skills in Java with expertise in Spring Framework (Spring Boot).
- Hands-on experience in designing and implementing REST APIs and microservices.
- Proficiency with RDBMS and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB,
Cassandra).
- Experience with containerization tools (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong knowledge of system design, data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems.
- Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development to Have :
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of messaging queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Exposure to monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, ELK Stack).
