We're Hiring: Database Engineer
We are looking for a highly skilled Database Engineer to join our team and take ownership of database deployments, architecture, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in PostgreSQL and MS SQL, with the ability to design scalable solutions, ensure database reliability, and lead a team of 1015 engineers.

Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain PostgreSQL,MS SQL and other Databases environments.
- Develop and implement database architecture strategies.
- Optimize database performance, availability, and security.
- Lead and mentor a team of 1015 engineers, fostering collaboration and skill development.
- Collaborate with application, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth integration.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and provide long-term solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing PostgreSQL,MS SQL and other Databasesin production.
- Strong knowledge of database deployment, replication, backup, and recovery.
- Hands-on experience with performance tuning and high availability setups.
- Prior experience leading and managing teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
