Role Description

This is a permanent, hybrid role for a Database Administrator (Oracle, MS SQL) based in New Delhi, with the flexibility for some remote work. The Database Administrator will manage, monitor, and optimize databases to ensure their stability and performance. Responsibilities include database design, administering system updates, managing database backups and replication, troubleshooting database issues, and supporting efficient data storage and retrieval operations. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure database integrity and optimal system performance is also a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Database Administration and experience with Oracle and MS SQL
• Knowledge of Database Design and developing efficient database structures
• Strong skills in troubleshooting and resolving database performance issues
• Experience with Databases, including handling complex queries and data optimization
• Understanding of database Replication techniques and strategies
• Ability to collaborate in hybrid settings and work effectively in cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Relevant certifications in database management or administration are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Experience range from 3 to 5 years and we prefer candidates from Delhi/NCR
