Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle leads from marketing campaigns, website, inbound calls, and emails.
  • Qualify leads using BANT criteria and route qualified opportunities to sales executives.
  • Manage the leads process and maintain accountability for lead progression from qualification to closure.
  • Develop an understanding of competitive products and customer requirements.
  • Generate customer quotations and support sales activities.
  • Scrub SFDC and third-party databases to maintain high-quality contact data for cold/warm calling.
  • Update Market codes, visibility metrics, and other database information.
  • Collect and provide feedback to improve lead generation campaigns and processes.
  • Demonstrate technical and product knowledge to qualify leads accurately.
  • Report daily progress to the Lead Qualification Marketing Manager.
  • Collaborate with the Global Lead Qualification team to implement best practices and process improvements.
