Location- Hybrid (Gurgaon)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Mandate skills :

• NLP experience min 2years experience
• Familiarity with any of agentic frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI or similar).
• Comfortable integrating with REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and basic backend logic.

Good to Have :

• Proficiency in programming languages such as .NET or Python, with experience in NLP libraries.

Job Description :

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Data Science, AI or a related field.

2+ years of hands-on experience working with NLP or LLMs in a production or applied research setting

Solid understanding of NLP concepts embeddings, tokenization, entity recognition, summarization, etc.

Experience with modern LLMs and foundational models (OpenAI, Hugging Face, etc.).

Familiarity with agentic frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI or similar).

Comfortable integrating with REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and basic backend logic.

Experience with prompt engineering and chaining LLM calls into workflows.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to architect solutions without excessive boilerplate code.

Bonus: Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate), RAG pipelines, or fine-tuning models.

Nice to Have

Knowledge of Python and working with AI SDKs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Data Science, or a related field.

2/3+ years of experience in natural language processing or a related field.

Proficiency in programming languages such as .NET or Python, with experience in NLP libraries.

Experience with text preprocessing techniques and tools.

Familiarity with cloud platforms and services for deploying/configuring the Gen AI Bot .

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
