Responsibilities

You will design, build, and deploy AI and machine learning solutions that enhance products, improve business decision-making, and create differentiated customer experiences. Partnering closely with product, engineering, and business teams, you will identify high-value use cases, translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions, and lead the delivery of models from experimentation through production deployment.

You will leverage modern AI technologies, including machine learning, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI agents, to develop intelligent applications and production-ready AI capabilities.

You will also contribute to AI best practices, model governance, and technical standards, while staying abreast of emerging AI technologies and identifying opportunities to drive further innovation across the business.

Requirements

We are looking for a Data Scientist with 5-10 years of experience developing and deploying AI and machine learning solutions in production environments. Hands-on AI experience is a prerequisite, and candidates must demonstrate experience taking AI solutions beyond proof of concept (POC) into scalable, production-grade deployments that deliver measurable business value.

You should have strong expertise in machine learning, statistical modelling, and Python, with experience using modern AI frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn. Practical experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, prompt engineering, or agentic workflows is highly desirable.
