Job Description

Lead end-to-end statistical analysis: data cleaning --> EDA --> statistical tests --> insights --> reports/slides.
Perform in-depth statistical EDA including correlations, distribution checks, variable transformations, group comparisons, non-parametric tests etc.
Build clear visualizations (boxplots, violin plots, heatmaps, scatterplots, KDE, etc.) using Python
Conduct advanced statistical tests: ANOVA, MannWhitney, KruskalWallis, t-test, correlation, regression, etc.
Build, evaluate, and maintain predictive and AI/ML models using Python (scikit-learn) and integrate improvements into existing pipelines.
Create presentation-ready summary slides that are easy to understand for non-technical stakeholders.
Execute SQL queries to extract, filter, and aggregate data (basicintermediate).
Maintain structured documentation of analysis, assumptions, decisions, and results
Ensure high-quality, accurate, and timely delivery with minimal supervision.

Required Skills
57 years of hands-on experience in statistical data analysis.
Strong understanding of statistics: distributions, hypothesis testing, regression, non-parametric methods, DoE is a plus.
Proficient in Python: pandas, numpy, scipy, matplotlib, seaborn.
Good knowledge of SQL (SELECT, JOIN, GROUP BY, filtering).
Experience creating, evaluating, improving, and maintaining AI/ML models (classification/regression) using scikit-learn.
Ability to translate complex statistical outputs into simple, meaningful insights.
Strong attention to detail, structured thinking, and clear communication.
Ability to work independently in long-term research-oriented projects.
