We are currently hiring for the role of Data Science Manager (810 years) for our Life Sciences/Pharma analytics team, based in Hyderabad/Gurgaon.
Role Highlights:
- Lead and deliver end-to-end DS/ML projects in market access, payer analytics, and commercial analytics
- Work directly with clients for requirement gathering, presentations, and solutioning
- Manage and mentor the data science team
- Build predictive models, HCP/payer analytics, and support advanced analytics initiatives
- Work with datasets such as claims, EMR, HCP, and payer data
Required Skills:
- 810 yrs in DS/ML (Life Sciences/Pharma domain mandatory)
- Strong skills in Python, R, SQL, Spark, Snowflake, Databricks, Power BI/Tableau
- Proven client-facing experience and team leadership
- Master's/PhD preferred
