Data (Prod Main) Lead

We are looking for a Team Lead who has prior experience working on support projects and has effectively driven and managed teams.

Key Expectations:

• Support Project Exposure: The candidate must have hands-on experience in managing or being part of initiatives aimed at improving application performance or support operations.
• Root Cause Analysis & Ticket Reduction: They should have been involved in initiatives where recurring issues were analyzed at the root level to eliminate future occurrences. It's not just about providing workarounds, but actually identifying and solving the underlying issue to reduce ticket volume over time.
• Proactive Problem Solving: Ability to handle problem tickets by diving deep into the root cause and ensuring permanent fixes are implemented, not just temporary solutions.
• Team & Crisis Management:
• Should be capable of handling challenging team scenarios, such as extending support hours or working under high-pressure situations.
• Ability to motivate and manage the team during critical events where extended availability is required.
