Accountabilities:
- Lead and support data maintenance and cleaning activities to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Manage Master Data and ensure compliance with business rules and data governance standards.
- Perform data updates and conduct data analysis within Salesforce.
- Proactively monitor Master Data to identify and address Data Quality issues.
- Drive continuous improvement in Master Data Management (MDM) processes, tools, and governance rules.
- Execute resolution activities manually where necessary using tools like EBX, Salesforce, and others.
- Conduct Data Health checks for specific profiles/accounts including non-matches, close matches, and exception handling.
- Build and maintain complex queries and reports to support data management operations.
- Ensure compliance with internal functional operating procedures including time tracking, KPI reporting, and use of internal systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with SQL and ability to write complex queries.
- Knowledge of any MDM tool (e.g., EBX), Salesforce CRM, and proficiency in Excel.
- Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders independently.
- High learning agility and adaptability to dynamic environments.
