Data Migration Lead (Conga CPQ/CLM) – Freelance – Remote
We are currently looking for an experienced Data Migration Lead with strong expertise across Conga CPQ & CLM to join a long-term global programme for a leading pharmaceutical client.
This is a fully remote freelance opportunity supporting APAC-related project activities, working within a large-scale enterprise transformation environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse source and target systems to identify data requirements, inconsistencies, and migration challenges
- Develop and implement extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) strategies for migration into Conga solutions
- Define and configure data models, migration scripts, and transformation logic
- Ensure data quality, integrity, cleansing, and validation throughout the migration lifecycle
- Plan and execute migration testing and reconciliation activities
- Optimise migration processes for automation and efficiency
- Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, business stakeholders, and technical teams
- Produce technical documentation including migration design documents, user stories, deployment plans, and related materials
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Conga CPQ & CLM
- Solid Salesforce platform knowledge including integrations, APIs, and custom development capabilities
- Proven experience with data migration tools and ETL processes
- Strong SQL, data modelling, and data transformation expertise
- Experience working with large enterprise datasets and complex migration programmes
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliverables in a fast-paced global environment
