Job Description
Key Responsibilities
.Service Delivery
-Support execution of the EDW Finance data model development and reporting.
-Ability to track and monitor the progress and collaborate with people within and outside the team to get the work completed.
-Ensure accurate and timely delivery of the projects, communicate them effectively, and escalate as necessary.
-Conduct meetings/review with teams to address any roadblocks/challenges on execution and provide regular updates to managers/stakeholders/project owners.
-Collaborate with finance team to transition existing data and reporting needs to the EDW platform.
-Document and prepare business requirements documents (BRDs) that will include business definition of Key Process Indicators (document the logic driving business
.Business Partnering
-Collaborate with the IT team, EDW Finance technical team, and business for a successful execution of the projects.
-Good communication skills and being able to manage discussions.
-Document meeting updates, next actions & priorities effectively.
-Work in conjunction with Technical SMEs to gain business and technical insight in KPI definition, behaviors, and processing dependencies
.Process Efficiency
-Ensure increased efficiency, working proactively to improve systems and processes.
-Identifying opportunities for process improvements.
-Provide reliable and accurate financial data and reporting that exceeds existing standards and facilitates decision making.
-Perform data integrity and data validation testing and facilitate business user testing sessions
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Computer Science
Finance Project Management experience
Financial Systems Aptitude (SAP, HANA etc)
Experience with SQL, tableau or other analytics tools
3+ years of overall finance and project Management experience
SQL Knowledge
Project Management experience
Excellent communication skills
Strong team player
Finance knowledge
Experience in Data modelling and handling Large data sets
Flexibility to work shifts & exposure to Global Customers
Self-motivated, results-oriented and assertive individual
Experience with data reporting / consumption tools one of : (Tableau, Power BI, Sap Business Objects)
Experience with SQL , querying for data and exploratory analysis
Ability to apply Lean/Six Sigma to ensure highly efficient processes
