About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry Trainee to join our team. The selected candidate will undergo a
3-month training program where they will learn, contribute, and gain hands-on exposure to data research and analysis.
On successful completion of the training and based on performance, candidates will be converted into full-time employees . This role requires strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
Entering and updating data accurately in company systems and databases.
Verifying data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before submission.
Maintaining and organizing records, files, and documents for easy retrieval.
Performing basic data validation and identifying discrepancies for correction.
Assisting in preparing simple reports and summaries based on entered data.
Supporting the team in maintaining data quality and confidentiality standards.
Following defined processes and guidelines while handling information.
Assisting in data cleanup, formatting, and documentation activities.
Requirements
