Job Description:

Must-Have Skills:

• Previous experience as a data engineer or in a similar role
• Must have experience with MS Azure services such as Data Lake Storage, Data Factory, Databricks, HDInsight, Azure SQL Database, Azure Synapse Analytics, Functions, Pyspark, Python
• Technical expertise with data models, data mining, analytics and segmentation techniques
• Knowledge of programming languages and environments such as Python, Java, Scala, R
• Hands-on experience with SQL database design
• Great numerical and analytical skills
• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or similar field; a Master's is a plus Understanding of ETL

Good to have skill:

• Django

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role:

1 Analyze and organize raw data

2 Build data systems and pipelines

3 Evaluate business needs and objectives, Interpret trends and patterns

4 Conduct complex data analysis and report on results

5 Prepare data for prescriptive and predictive modeling

6 Build algorithms and prototypes

7 Combine raw information from different sources, build data pipelines

8 Explore ways to enhance data quality and reliability
