Data Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Own implementation, customization, and integration of GTM tools (CRM, marketing automation, sales engagement, CS tools, etc.)
• Maintain and improve our CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and its data quality, pipeline visibility, and reporting accuracy
• Set up triggers, automations, and workflows to ensure leads are captured, routed, and followed up on effectively
• Design and document workflows across lead management, opportunity lifecycle, onboarding, renewals, and upsells
• Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and CS to operationalize campaigns, sequences, playbooks, and lifecycle touchpoints
• Monitor funnel health, conversion rates, and identify leakage or bottlenecks
• Collaborate with marketing to structure and launch automated email journeys for lead nurturing, reactivation, onboarding, and retention
• Implement A/B testing frameworks, behavioral triggers, and segmentation logic
• Build dashboards and reports that give the team visibility into key GTM metrics: lead source attribution, CAC, conversion, churn, LTV, etc.
• Enable data-driven decision-making by connecting product usage data with GTM systems

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in GTM operations, RevOps, or similar technical-commercial role
• Experience with CRM tools & marketing automation platforms preferred
• Strong knowledge of Azure data factory, data brick,
• Ability to build and manage integrations (via Zapier, Make, API's) and data flows
• Solid understanding of the SaaS customer lifecycle and B2B funnel dynamics
• Strong analytical skills and ability to turn messy data into actionable insight
• Excellent communicator and cross-functional collaborator
• Experience with product-led growth tools or customer data platforms
• Strong experience & familiarity with SQl, Python or low-code/no-code tools
