Job Description: Role: Data Engineer

Skill: Azure Data Factory Amazon Web Services Data & Analytics

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

- 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or similar role| with a strong understanding of data engineering concepts and best practices.

- Proficiency in ETL processes utilizing cloud-based tools such as Azure Data Factory| AWS Data Pipe| etc.

- Cloud Platforms: Experience working with major cloud ecosystems such as Microsoft Azure| Snowflake| AWS| or GCP Proficiency with platforms like GitHub Actions| Git Lab CI | or Azure DevOps Familiarity with relevant cloud services like Azure Databricks| Azure Synapse| etc.

- Expertise in advanced SQL| with the ability to write efficient and optimized queries in both OLTP and OLAP datasets.

- In-depth knowledge of OLTP and OLAP relational data modeling techniques. Strong experience in star and snowflake schema data models| MS SQL Server| or other RDBMS platforms.

- Familiarity with Confluence too to update documentation to keep data lineage understandable| perform code reviews| or plan out proof-of-concept tests for new infrastructure and technologies.
