Location of Requirement: Hyderabad.
Must-Have: Over 10 Years of technical experience. 5 Years of experience on data migration and reporting using Salesforce. Expert level skill on Informatica IICS or Matillion or equivalent ETL tool which covers from
extracting the source to building the complex mappings. Proficient in the use or extract of data from Salesforce. Able to translate business requirements into data solutions. Understanding of Salesforce concepts. Informatica/Matillion or any other equivalent ETL tool. SQl, PL/SQL. Snowflake development. Knowledge in Coding language Python. Power BI/Tableau Experience with providing technical solutions and supporting documentation.Experience
with leading large teams.
Good to Have: Proficient in Salesforce Data modelling. Must have Experience on Snowflake Storage and Database. Expert level coding knowledge on Python Should be proficient on writing/building up the Snow Sql Queries Must have experience of Tableau and/or PowerBI reporting. Should have experience of working with Cloud Native based applications. Understanding of the SDLC and agile delivery methodology. Experience working with databases and data, performing data cleanup, and/or data manipulation and migration to and from Salesforce.com. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Ability to communicate effectively in English with all levels of staff, both orally and written. Ability to manage own work and multitask to meet tight deadlines without losing sight of priorities under minimum supervision. Detailed Responsibilities: Proficient in data discovery, data migration, data quality analysis, end to end data reconciliations by profiling the source systems using ETL /SQL (IICS /Matillion
Preferable). Analyses the data quality of the sources and lists the data quality metrics of the source
systems. Subject matter expert in MDM and Customer data. Involved in the Single Customer View and Customer 360 implementations. Proficient in the data migration stratgies for large scale programmes. Develops and improves data governane and business data processes within the Technology and business organizations and understands client requirements, specifying
and analysing these to a sufficient level of detail to ensure clarity of definition and ability for technical teams to translate to a technical solution design. Works with developers, architects, and solution designers to translate complex business
requirements and provides feedback on technical solutions proposed. Responsible for building and maintaining a relationship with business stakeholders and
impacted users. Demonstrates proposed solutions to stakeholders and seeks and addresses feedback. Proactively identifies, recommends, and implements improvements to the process as it
relates to assigned projects. Frequently keeps up to date with the latest industry development and technology
innovations. Flexible in approach, adapting plans and strategies to help manage risks around
ambiguity. Strategic problem solver with strong intuition for business and well-versed in current
technological trends and business concepts.
Minimum Qualification: Professional qualification or equivalent. BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or STEM degree (Desirable) Solid English reading/writing capability required. Strong communication & articulation skills. Curious about new technologies and tools, creative thinking and initiative taking. Agile related certifications preferable.
