Job Description

Project Role : Data Architect

Project Role Description : Define the data requirements and structure for the application. Model and design the application data structure, storage and integration.

Must have skills : Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform

Good to have skills : Business Intelligence (BI) Reporting Tools, Data Architecture Principles, Agile Project Management

Minimum 12 Year(s) Of Experience Is Required

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary:

As a Data Architect, a typical day involves defining the data requirements and designing the structure necessary for the application. This role includes modeling the data architecture to ensure efficient storage and seamless integration across various components. The position requires thoughtful planning and coordination to create a robust data framework that supports the application s functionality and scalability, while continuously refining the data models to meet evolving project needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the POD backlog, sprint planning and Agile ceremonies (planning, reviews, retrospectives) track delivery progress, risks, blockers and dependencies co-lead the POD alongside Biocon's Business Product Owner

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • As Technical Architect: own the end-to-end solution design for POD use cases review and approve technical designs before build ensure alignment to Biocon's Enterprise Architecture and data/AI governance standards guide the team on technical risk and best practices. Accountable for quality, compliance, SLA adherence and progressive knowledge transfer / self-service enablement

Required skill :

  • Delivery management, Agile / Scrum, governance Data Architecture, Azure, Databricks, Power BI

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
  • This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
