Role Description The Data Analyst role at Valuestream Business Solutions Pvt Ltd is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Data Analyst will collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to support business operations and decision-making . Daily responsibilities include performing data analysis, generating reports and dashboards, identifying trends and insights, and supporting process improvement initiatives for Conversational AI / Voice BOT . The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into analytical tasks, presenting findings in a clear and actionable way, and maintaining data documentation and standards. The Data Analyst will also contribute to developing and refining data models and metrics that enhance service quality and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and a solid foundation in Data Analytics to interpret complex datasets and derive actionable insights.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Statistics to perform quantitative analysis, validate findings, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Candidates should possess experience in Data Modeling to design and maintain structured datasets, metrics, and reporting frameworks.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to explain analytical results to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Advance Excel, SQL, BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau) and familiarity with scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, R) are beneficial.
• A bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment are important.
• Experience in BPO, consulting, or IT services environments and knowledge of data governance or data security practices will be an added advantage.
• Experience in Conversational AI, voice bot will be a strong advantage
