Position Description: As a Data Analyst with 1-3 years of experience, you will work with our Senior Associate Consultants and be a part of the project delivery teams while being responsible for various facets of the projects - which could entail (but not limited to) Consulting, Business Intelligence (Tableau/Power BI), Playbook development, research and knowledge building capabilities. You will be accountable for defined work assignments, completing all tasks to meet the team's expectations/standards. You will be required to identify appropriate resources and deliver quality impact while keeping senior team members informed of developments and progress on the assigned tasks.

Some elements of the role and responsibility include:

• Identifying trends and insights via data analysis
• Developing Business Intelligence Dashboards (In various tools like Tableau/PowerBI, etc)
• Understand the client's business by closely working with client counterparts, collaborating with client teams and peers for better outcomes, influencing thinking, and challenging the status quo
• Clearly conceptualize ad articulate thoughts, while logically presenting a point of view
• Flex and work collaboratively with people in the team who have a diverse range of skills, styles, and approaches and identify opportunities to increasingly contribute to the team
• Undertake professional qualification; take ownership and responsibility for self-development.

Required Skills

• SQL: Strong querying and optimization skills
• Power BI / Tableau: Basic to intermediate data visualization and dashboard development
• Python: Experience with Pandas and Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA)
• Analytical Thinking: Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving abilities

Good to Have (Not Mandatory)

• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS or GCP or Snowflake
• Experience or interest in ETL pipeline development using SQL, Python, and cloud technologies
